Ayurveda says that spending a little time attending to both soothing and stimulating our 5 senses you can feel more grounded and clear headed and cared for.

In this 2 hour workshop, Zaidee will guide you through an exploration of the significance of the 5 elements and the 5 senses and how to sooth and stimulate them to improve your sense of well-being. No previous understanding of Yoga and/or Ayurveda is necessary to get the full benefits of these techniques. $35
