What is the Livin’ Yoga Club?
For a number of years now, I have been wishing I had a way to help you all learn more about Yoga and Ayurveda in a way that was accessible to your schedule. I wanted the information to be more customizable so you can take what you want and leave the rest.
I also know, as someone who has spent many years learning about all this stuff, that it is hard to start new habits without support and accountability. There can be a lot of confusion when learning something new and having someone who can clarify is so helpful.
Therefore…
It is my pleasure to share with you a few more ways to learn about Yoga, Ayurveda, and building habits that support your health and well a being no matter how crazy life can get. Making changes requires commitment and it is easier to commit when you can keep learning and participating in the things that help you feel great.
The Livin’ Yoga Club includes live-stream workshops offered 1-2 times monthly. Topics range from the philosophy and function of Yoga to Ayurveda to building better habits random uplifting and informative events. Recordings will be available for a limited time.
You also have access to any online classes offered.
Current Classes Offered:
Wednesdays 8-9am hybrid in person and online, Thursdays 12-12:15pm Yoga Break, Thursday evening Yoga coming soon!

Why join a membership?
As long as you actually participate in the membership, this is a great way to keep you connected to your practice even when you are not able to get to a classroom. It is also a great way for me to offer content on a schedule that works for me too. It can also reduce the monthly cost for you as you can take all the classes available without paying for each one individually. If you don’t wnt to join you can still sign up for classes the same way as you have done before.
